冻结管盐水回收系统研究与应用

摘要 立井和斜井冻结工程,冻结管直径一般较小,采用高扬程潜水泵回收冻结管内的盐水很难实现,给掘砌施工带来了许多困难。以斜井冻结工程为例,如果盐水不回收,大量充满盐水的冻结管在掘进过程中被割断,盐水会直接排到掘进工作面,既影响进度,又污染环境;尤其是冻结孔较深时,由于压力较大,盐水很容易喷伤作业人员或喷坏设备。为此,通过试验研究,研发出了利用压气排出冻结管内盐水的冻结管盐水回收系统,解决了上述难题。工程实际应用表明,该冻结管盐水回收系统不仅简单易行,安全可靠,而且经济、高效、环保。 In a ground freezing project of a mine shaft and a mine inclined shaft,a diameter of a freezing pipe was small generally and it was difficult to recover brine from the freezing pipe with a high lift submersible pump, which would bring many difficulties to the excavation and lining operations. Taking a mine inclined shaft freezing construction project as an example,if the brine would not be recovered, the freezing pipes fully with great quantity of brine would be cut off during the excavation operation and the brine could be directly discharged to the mine inclined shaft working face. Thus construction schedule of the mine inclined shaft would be affected and the environment would be pollu- ted. Especially when the depth of the freezing hole was deep,due to a high pressure brine of the freez- ing pipe,the operation personnel would be injured and the equipment at the working face would be damaged by the pressured brine jets. Therefore with a experiment study,a freezing pipe brine recovery system was researched and developed with compressed air applied to discharge the brine from the freezing pipe and the mentioned problem was solved. The actual application to the project showed that the freezing pipe brine recovery system would not only be easy in the operation and reliable in safety, but would be economic,high efficient and environment protection.
