摘要
大兴安岭岔路口钼铅锌多金属矿胶带斜井施工中,经过详细技术论证和经济比较,采用以带式输送机为主,配套侧卸式铲运机和履带式挖掘装岩机,组成铲、装、运机械化废石输送系统,将斜井掘进工作面废石运输到地面,节省了掘进出渣时间,加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本,取得了较好的技术经济效益。该井筒两掘一支正规循环作业时,平均月进尺达到160m,最高月进尺超过了200m。
In a construction of a mine inclined belt conveyor shaft in Daxing'anling Chalukou Molybdenum,Lead and Zinc Polymetallic Mine, with a detail technical demonstration and economic comparison,a shoveling, loading and transportation mechanized waste rock transportation system was composed with a belt conveyor as a main equipment and a load-haul-side dumper and crawler type backhoe -loader as a secondary equipment. Waste rocks from the heading face in the mine inclined shaft would be conveyed to the mine surface ground, thus a heading and waste rock discharging time saved, construction speed of the mine inclined shaft speeded up, construction cost reduced and good technical and economic benefits obtained. With a two heading and one support normal cycle operation of the mine inclined shaft construction,an average month advancing rate reached at 160m and a max month advancing rate was over 200m.
