摘要
本实验以明胶和阿拉伯胶为囊材 ,茉莉花香精为芯材 ,通过复相凝聚法制备香味微胶囊。本文研究了不同反应条件 (温度、囊材用量、芯材用量、p H值等 )对茉莉花香味微囊的大小及膜厚的影响。
With glutin and Arabic gelatin gum for the membrane material and jasmine essence for the core, microcapsules are prepared in this experiment through complex coacervation. Different reaction conditions, such as temperature, the amount of the core and membrane and pH value, have corresponding effects on the size of the capsule and the membrane thickness according to the experiment.
