摘要
提出一种基于层次分析法和模糊评估法相结合的专利价值综合评估方法。该方法首先运用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,再运用模糊综合评价法评估专利各指标,最后得到综合评分。实例证明该方法为专利价值评估提供了一个更科学、可操作的新思路。
The paper gives patent value comprehensive evaluation method basing on combination of analytic hierarchy process（AHP） with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The method uses AHP to determine each evaluation index’s weight at first,and then uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate each index of patent,and gets the comprehensive score finally.Examples show that this method offers a new way for more scientific and operational evaluation of patent value.
