庄子的和谐观对高校图书馆服务的启示

Enlightenments of Zhuang Zi's View of Harmony to University Library Service

运用庄子"天和""人和""心和"的和谐观,从硬件环境建设、软件环境建设、馆员和读者健康心态形成3个方面,对高校图书馆服务进行探讨,旨在从中获得进一步改进高校图书馆读者服务的启示。指出高校图书馆可借鉴庄子和谐观指导图书馆服务工作,以健康心态对待读者,在服务过程中处处为读者着想,不断满足读者的各种合理需求。

The paper applies Zhuang Zi’s View of Harmony in pursuit of ＂harmony between human and nature＂,＂harmony among people＂ and ＂inner harmony of human being itself＂,to discuss university library service from 3 aspects of hardware environment construction,software environment construction,healthy mindset formation of librarian and reader,so as to get enlightenments from them for further improving university library’s reader service.It points out that university library may use Zhuang Zi’s View of Harmony for reference to guide library’s service work,that is treating readers with healthy mind,thinking about reader in service process,and meeting reader’s reasonable needs continually.
