摘要
介绍数字参考咨询服务评价中的一些基本问题和国内外研究现状,从统计指标、用户满意度指标、费用指标、花费时间指标等4个方面探讨了评价指标的设置,以期为参考咨询服务评价体系的进一步完善提供参考。
The paper introduces sevral basic issues and research situation of digital reference service at home and abroad.Then it discusses the setting up of evaluation indicators from four aspects of statistical indicator,user satisfaction indicator,expense indicator,time indicator,so as to improve reference service evaluation system further.
