This article first introduced the fundamental principle of the crystal structure of the human glucose transporter GLUT1 and the situation of research.Author was point out the science research can＇ t do without the experiment,and favorable laboratory environment is an important condition for science research,and future should pay attention to the experiences and lessons of laboratory work.Last,author put forward the problem and expectance in the work of the laboratory construction.
