钕铁硼氢粉碎过程控制实验室设计与实现

摘要 针对多变量、非线性、耦合为特点的复杂工业过程,以钕铁硼氢粉碎工艺为背景的复杂工业过程控制实验平台,可为基于数据驱动的控制模型建立、优化和验证提供研发实验环境。氢粉碎过程控制实验平台由下位机和上位机构成,下位机实时采集钕铁硼氢粉碎工艺参数,接收和执行上位机命令;上位机的数据库完成工艺数据存储,与数据库连接的仿真平台完成模型建立和验证;上位机根据实时工艺数据和控制模型生成控制命令送给下位机。使用者收集建模样本数据时,可方便地改变采样频率,并同时对比模型相应结果。实践表明,该实验促进了学生科研能力的提高,实现了教学与科研的有机结合。 A complex industrial process is often multivariable,nonlinear and coupling.Research on control theory and realizing method based on data driven is one of the main directions of graduate students whose major is control theory and control engineering.The complex industrial process control experiment platform which is based on the background of NdFeB hydrogen crushing process can provide the research and development experiment environment to establish,optimize,validate the control model based on data driven.Hydrogen crushing experiment platform is constructed by the upper PC and lower agencies.The lower machine acquires real-time parameters of NdFeB crushing process.It receives and executes the commands of the upper machine.PC database can complete the process of data storage,the simulation platform which is connected with the database can establish and validate the control model.PC sends commands to the lower machine based on real-time process and control model.The innovation of the platform is that users can easily change the sampling frequency and contrast model corresponding results when they collect the data of modeling sample.Practice showed that that setting up of the NdFeB hydrogen crushing process control laboratory promoted the improvement of students' scientific research ability and realized the organic combination of teaching and research.
