摘要
为了探索有效的城市生活污水污泥无害化和资源化利用途径,对城市生活污水污泥进行了工业分析,对其中蛋白质、总氮、有机质、总磷含量和pH值进行了测定。采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)和X射线衍射(XRD)分析城市生活污水污泥中元素成分和主要元素的存在形式,对干化污泥的表面形态特征进行了扫描电镜(SEM)分析。实验结果表明,干化污泥发热量为18.007 MJ/kg、灰分为16.75%、挥发分为70.44%;总氮和总磷含量分别为12.3、9.1 mg/L;干化污泥的蛋白质和有机质含量分别为24.75%和72.98%,污泥的农用泥质营养学指标为39.12%。XRF分析表明,干化污泥中含有Mn、Ca、Fe、Al、K等金属元素,但无超标的重金属元素;XRD分析说明硅、钾、钙等元素以石英、六方钾霞石、硬石膏等形式存在;SEM扫描证明干化污泥具有片层和类孔结构。城市生活污水污泥理化性质分析说明城市生活污水污泥可用于燃烧、气化、提取微生物蛋白、堆肥、制备缓释剂和黏结剂等。
To find harmless and resource utilization ways of urban sewage sludge,proximate analysis,the contents of protein,organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and PH value of urban sewage sludge had been analyzed.The element composition had been tested by X-ray fluorescence spectrum (XRF) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),and the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) had been used to analyze the surface morphology of dewatering sludge.The results show that calorific value,ash content and volatile of dewatering sludge respectively were 18.007 MJ/kg,16.75%,70.44%.Total nitrogen and total phosphorus content were 12.3 mg/L and 9.1 mg/L,respectively; The contents of protein and organic matter in dewatering sludge were 24.75% and 72.98%,and the agricultural argillaceous nutrition index of sludge was 39.12%.Dewatering sludge contained Mn,Ca,Fe,Al,K and other metal elements.The content of heavy metal element in the dewatering sludge were conformed to the Chinese agricultural argillaceous standard.XRD analysis showed that the silicon,potassium,calcium elements existed with quartz,kalsilite and anhydrite,etc.SEM scan proved that dewatering sludge had lamella and the similar pore structure.The physical and chemical properties analysis proved that the activated domestic sludge could be used to combustion,gasification,extracting protein,composting,making controlled release formulations and adhesive,etc.
