摘要
为解决内窥镜脑底引流手术中,人工把握穿刺点位置和方向难度高、手术风险大,设计了一种手术专用的佩戴式定位引导装置,该装置在三维空间可引导穿刺针的穿刺方向。它有两个作用,一是帮助手术医生对手术进行预演:根据病人的脑CT断层图像数据,应用专用软件生成3D的头颅模型,通过3D打印机打印出该病人的头颅模型,在头颅模型上佩戴该定位导向装置,进行术前练习与模拟,以提高手术的熟练程度,降低手术风险;二是用于手术:手术医生利用该定位引导装置,通过简单操作便能迅速方便地找到穿刺点,引导穿刺针按指定的方向进入脑底引流区,缩短手术时间,提高手术的安全性。
In order to solve the problems of relying on artificial grasping、high requirements of orientation precision and high risks in endoscopic brain bottom drainage surgeries,a new kind of special wear-type operation guiding device is designed.With the help of this device,a puncture needle can move in three-dimensional space and move at any angle.This kind of device has two effects.One is to help doctors to preview surgeries:according to patients' brain CT image data,three-dimensional models of heads could be generated through the specific software and they could be printed through three-dimensional printers.With a positioning guiding device,doctors can conduct preoperative practice and do simulation.The other one is to use the device in the operations.Doctors can easily find the puncture points with the help of the device and guiding the puncture needles into the drainage area according to the specified direction,thus shortening the operation time and improving the security.
