摘要 利用可编程逻辑控制及变频控制技术,流体采用电动阀门控制,以离心泵性能测试为主体,扩展开发了一套流体性能综合控制实验装置。实验装置功能包含离心泵性能测定、变频调速、流量测量、孔板流量计标定、水箱液位控制等。介绍了实验装置设计方案、组成、实验功能及操作说明。本实验装置的研制对高校工科实验教学的发展具有明显的借鉴意义。 The current situation that experimental and teaching devices in the market have the shortage of single function could not meet requirements of many majors and many subjects.A fluid performance comprehensive control experimental device is developed.It applies the technology of programmable logic control and variable-frequency technique.The fluid is controlled by electric valve,and measured by the centrifugal pump.The basic function of this experimental device includes to test centrifugal pump performance,regulate variable-frequency speed,measure the flow,calibrate orifice flow meter and control water level.This paper describes the design scheme,composition,function and operating method of the experimental device.It solves the problem of higher cost in the experiment as using multiple sets of single functional experimental device.The experimental device can be adapted to the characteristics of comprehensive and design experiment teaching,and provides valuable reference for college experiment and teaching program.
