创建工程教育中心 培育农业院校学生的工程素养和创新能力

Creating Engineering Education Center,Cultivating the Engineering Quality and Innovation Capacity of the Agricultural University Students

工程教育中心是实现培养具有创造精神和能力的工程技术人才这一工科教育目标的重要基地。华南农业大学工程教育中心构建了以学生为主体、教师为主导的分层次、多模块实践教学体系,以自主、合作、研究式的学习方法,课内培训与课外科技创新项目指导相结合的教学方法,全方位对本科生开放。中心教学内容注重工、农、管相结合,软、硬、新相结合,产、学、研相结合的特点;注重创新意识、动手能力和团队合作精神的培养;根据不同学科特点,制定了多样化的人才培养体系,以全面提高农业院校大学生的工程素养和创新能力。中心建设取得了一些成绩,2011年被评为广东省实验教学示范中心。

Engineering Education Center is an important base to realize the engineering education goals for training with a creative spirit and ability of engineering and technical students.The student-centered,teacher-led and multi-module practice teaching system was constructed in the Engineering Education Center of South China Agricultural University.The center is opened to all undergraduate students.The autonomy,cooperation,research-based learning methods and the teaching methods combining the curricular training and technological innovation projects guiding are widely used.The features in the content of training are the three-combination,i.e.,the combination of engineering,agriculture and management,the combination of soft,hard and new technologies,the combination of production,study and research.The innovative,practical ability and team spirit are focused in the center.Based on the different discipline features,a diversity training system was developed to comprehensively improve project quality and innovation ability of undergraduate students.The center has made some achievements,in 2011,it was named the experimental teaching demonstration center of Guangdong Province.
