农业院校工科类专业校外实践教学基地建设

Study on Construction of Practice Teaching Base for Engineering Specialties of Agricultural Universities

针对农业院校工科专业校外实践教学基地建设中经费投入不足、运行机制不畅、师资队伍不稳定、实践教学质量的评价体系不完善、管理制度不规范等问题,研究提出了互利共建、互聘互请、创新实践形式、面对面反馈式管理、联合培养人才等改革措施,提高了校外实践教学基地建设和管理水平。

At present,there are several main problems still existing in construction of practice teaching base for engineering specialty of agricultural university,such as lacking of funds,unsmooth operation mechanism,practice teacher＇s instability,unperfect teaching quality evaluation system,lack of standardized management system.The measures for constructing and managing practice base are introduced in this paper,such as mutually beneficial construction,mutual invitation,practice forms＇ innovation,face-to-face feedback management,cooperative training students.
