医学院校实验技术队伍建设存在的问题与对策 被引量:6

摘要 实验技术队伍是高校人才队伍建设的重要组成部分,实验教学水平的高低直接关系到高素质、现代化人才的培养成功与否,关系到大学生动手能力、解决问题能力、创新能力的培养。针对目前医学院校实验技术队伍结构不合理,上升空间不大,思想不稳定,高素质人才进不来,造成实验教学质量不高,验证性实验较多,创新型、探究型实验偏少,无法满足医学院校可持续发展的需要。为此,学校进一步加强实验技术人才队伍建设,合理设置岗位、优化实验队伍结构,完善职务晋升考核、提高实验技术人员待遇,强化激励与淘汰机制,建成一支与教师队伍、管理队伍相匹配的稳定、高效、团结、创新的实验技术人员队伍,共同推动高水平医科大学的建设。 At present,the structure of research fellow team is irrational,and lacks of promotion opportunities and stability.Challenges of employing high-quality research fellows cause the poor quality of experimental teaching in which the majority of experiments are validation the existing conclusions and few are innovative and exploratory.The fact does not meet the sustainable development of medical colleges.To solve these problems,Nanjing Medical University emphasizes the construction of research fellow team,sets up reasonable positions,optimizes the structure of research fellow team,improves the promotion and evaluation,improves the benefits of laboratory technician,strengthens its incentive and elimination mechanism,and enhances the happiness and satisfaction of research fellow team.These measures strives to build a stable,efficient,unites and innovates team.Research fellow team is an important component of faculty and staff in medical colleges.The quality of experimental teaching is directly related to the success of the training of well-qualified and modern talents,and is related to the training of operational,problem solving,innovative abilities of medical students.
