摘要
研究典型的车载结构在振动环境下的疲劳寿命估算方法,由此选取常用的3种判断方法:直接观测法、动态应变法和固有频率法,分别分析其判断方法的理论依据和可行性,再进行试验研究。试验过程中采用这3种判断方法同时估算试验结构的振动疲劳寿命,通过对试验结果的比较分析,得到振动环境下结构疲劳寿命的最佳估算方法。
Based on the analysis of the fatigue life prediction of typical vehicle structure vibration environment, three common determination methods of structure vibration fatigue life are chosen in this paper, including direct observational method, dynamic strain method and natural frequency method. Their theoretical basis and feasibility for the judgment are analyzed experimental studies are carried out. These methods are used to predict the fatigue life structure during the testing. The most suitable judging method of structural fatigue life vibration environments is elected by comparative study.
