摘要
介绍了一种用于高精度工业CT的转台控制系统。分析了转台系统关键部件的选用原则,进行了控制系统的硬件结构设计与上位机控制软件设计。采用ACR9000多轴运动控制器为下位机,实现速度内环与位置外环的双闭环伺服控制结构。系统实际运行结果表明转台控制系统的设计指标和精度要求满足高精度工业CT应用要求。
It introduces a turntable control system for high precision industrial CT.According to the analysis of the selection principle of the key parts for the turntable,it describes the design of hardware structure of the control system and control software of the master computer.Adopting ACR9000 multi-axis controller as slave computer,it realizes the two closed-loop servo control structure with inner velocity loop and outer position loop.It is proved that the technical index and precision requirement of the turntable control system meet the requirements of the high precision industrial CT.
