摘要
为了克服传统集装箱检测系统难以辨别前后重叠在一起的物体的缺点,双视角60Co集装箱检测系统将立体成像技术应用在传统的检测系统中。双视角立体成像与分析是系统的核心技术之一,通过研究与比对不同的立体成像方式,针对系统的不同终端,分别应用色分法和时差分像法将系统从不同视角获得的图像分别传送至检测人员的左右眼,使其在大脑中融合成一幅立体图像。论文设计的双视角60Co集装箱检测系统实现了对集装箱等大型客体的立体成像检测,不仅可以对前后重叠的物体进行有效区分,而且可以生成客体的三维影像,提高了系统的检测效果。
In traditional container inspection system,projection of different objects will overlap,making it difficult to distinguish between them.In order to overcome this shortcoming,stereoscopic imaging is applied in the Binocular60 Co container inspection system.The binocular stereoscopic imaging is one of the core technologies in the system.By studying and comparing different ways of stereoscopic imaging,according to different terminals of the system,anaglyph method and time-sequential method are respectively applied to transmit the image gained from different perspective to the corresponding eye of the inspector,generating stereoscopic image in the brain.The Binocular60 Co container inspection system designed in this paper implements the stereoscopic image inspection for the containers and other large objects.This system is able to distinguish overlapping objects effectively,and detection effectiveness is improved through the stereoscopic image of the objects.
