图纸自审中对原结构及其配筋的验算分析

结合云霄翔球广场一期工程扣件式钢管外脚手架搭设实例,施工单位进行图纸自审并拟定搭设方案时对其所支承的2#楼裙楼屋面板原结构及其配筋进行验算,发现该楼板不能承受外脚手架荷载,故在图纸会审时及时提出该问题,由设计院进行变更修改,避免后续质量事故的产生。

Before erecting of fastener- style steel tube outside scaffolds in Yunxiao Flying Globe Square I project, the construction enterprise checked original stucture and reinforcement of the roof board of 2# building. It is found that the roof board can＇ t bear the load of outside scaffohts. As the results of found problem posing in joint checkup of drawing, the probable occurrenee quality accident was avoided by design modification.
