摘要
煤矸石是煤矿建设开采加工过程中的一种工业废渣,可以用于路基或路堤的填筑。为了对荷载作用下煤矸石路堤在浸水状态下的变形稳定影响因素进行分析,文章首先通过对泰州某电厂附近煤矸石进行室内材料试验,结果表明该煤矸石的基本性能能够满足公路路堤材料的力学性能要求。然后通过ABAQUS数值分析不同影响因素对煤矸路堤变形的影响,计算了在不同条件下路堤模型的竖向沉降、顶面不均匀沉降以及坡脚最大水平位移,并对其变化规律进行了研究,得出了影响路堤模型变形的关键因素。最后提出了做好路堤隔水排水措施、适当减缓坡度及增大其压实度等提高浸水路堤稳定性的措施。
Coal gangue is the industrial waste residue in the process of construction and mining of a coal mine and processing of coal, and can be filling in roadbed or embankment. Material testing is firstly conducted for the coal gangue of a power plant in Taizhou city and it shows that the coal gangue can satisfy mechanical performance requirements of the highway embankment material. The influence of different factors on coal gangue embankment deformation is then analyzed by numerical simulation ABAQUS. The vertical settlement, uneven settlement of top surface, and the maximum horizontal displacement of slope toe under different situations are calculated for the embankment model, and corresponding key factors are drawn through the research on the variation of the above deformation. Measures such as waterproof, drainage, grade elimination and compaction increase are finally suggested to improve the stability of the soaking gangue embankment.
