As one of the virgin countries of EEC and a principal member of EMU, Germany enjoys its free and open market, steady and continuous economic growth, mature and healthy enterprise system and policy of equal treatment to encourage investment, and presents huge appeal to FDI. It becomes a significant issue to clarify the rectifications of the commercial environment of FDI in Germany in light of the new development.
