摘要
使用事故树对非煤矿山井下通风监控系统进行分析,建立事故树模型。事故树定性分析求出最小割集、最小径集和各基本事件的结构重要度,并利用最小径集分析预防事故发生的途径和应采取的对策措施。对顶事件的发生概率以及各基本事件的临界重要度计算,得出病毒感染、人的责任心不强、维修技术差等因素最有可能导致系统故障。基于定性、定量分析的结果,为保障系统正常运转,从系统安全、设备可靠、管理到位三方面提出对策措施。
Using fault tree analysis analyzes the faults of non-coal mine ventilation monitoring and control system and then builds a fault tree model. It is to work out the minimum cut sets, minimum path sets and structure importance of each basic event through qualitative analysis, and then analyze what kinds of countermeasures should be taken to prevent accidents by minimum path sets. After calculating the probability of the top event and critical importance of each basic event, it concluded that getting virus infection, people 's weak responsibility, poor maintenance technology, etc. can most likely cause the system failure. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis, countermeasures were proposed from three aspects of system security, equipment reliability and management, in order to guarantee the system′s normal operation.
