摘要
介绍真空断路器梅花触头的构造、工作原理及特性,阐述梅花触头与普通鸭嘴式触头之间的差别及其在贵溪冶炼厂的应用状况。梅花触头在供电系统中虽然只是电气隔离的作用,但是由于其运行于电力系统的一次高压部分,因此对制作工艺,以及接触电阻在大电流通过下的动稳定性和热稳定性都有着严格的要求。
This article is mainly to introduce the structure, principle of operation and characteristic of the plum blossom contact in vacuum circuit-breakers. It also describes the disparities between the plum blossom contact and the duckbill type contact and the ap-plication of the plum blossom contact in this converting station. Plum contact in the power supply system is electrically isolated from the role, but as a result of a high voltage part of its operation in electric power system, so the dynamic stability and thermal stability of pro-duction process and the contact resistance under the high current through have strict requirements.
