以直流旋转调速在卡尔多炉的应用和生产实践,总结了直流旋转系统的调试及维护经验。通过设计采用直流调速系统对多台直流电动机进行控制,不仅完全能满足卡尔多炉冶炼过程中不断旋转炉体的工艺要求,高性能的传动控制使得卡尔多炉旋转运行平稳和可靠。
The application of DC-rotary system in Kaldo furnace and production practice are introduced, the DC system debug-ging and maintenance experience are summarized. By controlling more DC-motors, the DC-rotary system not only can completely meet the process requirement of constant rotary furnance during the Kaldo furnace smelting process, but also the high-performance drive control makes the Kaldo furnace rotation smooth operation and reliable.
