替勃龙对围绝经期妇女血管内皮功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨替勃龙对围绝经期妇女血管内皮功能的影响. 方法 选择2010-03～ 2013-10就诊于我院妇科门诊、绝经1年或停经6月以上、血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）水平高于40 U/L的妇女共84例,年龄43-54岁,随机分为研究组42例（每日定时服用替勃龙,1.25 mg,共48周）与对照组42例（不服用任何药物）.治疗前后监测血清NO、MMP-9,sVCAM-1的变化水平. 结果 给予低剂量替勃龙治疗48周后,研究组NO水平较治疗前有所上调,且明显高于对照组治疗后NO水平（P＜0.05）.研究组治疗后血清MMP-9及sVCAM-1水平显著降低,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;对照组MMP-9及sVCAM-1水平治疗后较治疗前有所升高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）. 结论 替勃龙可以改善围绝经期妇女血管内皮功能.
