高频电刀可吸收线连续缝合袖套式包皮环切术245例分析

Analysis of 245 cases of sleeve circumcision with high frequency electrotome and continuous absorbable suture

目的探讨高频电刀可吸收线连续缝合袖套式包皮环切术治疗包皮过长与包茎患者的安全性与疗效。方法采用高频电刀可吸收线连续缝合袖套式包皮环切术,治疗包皮过长与包茎患者245例,分析手术效果、并发症及其预防措施。结果 245例高频电刀可吸收线连续缝合袖套式包皮环切术对组织创伤小,出血少,术后切缘整齐,瘢痕少,包皮水肿轻微,切口一期愈合,无需拆线,阴茎外观美观。结论高频电刀可吸收线连续缝合袖套式包皮环切术治疗包皮过长与包茎对组织创伤小,并发症少且效果满意,具有良好的临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of high frequency electrotome and continuous absorbable suture in sleeve circumcision for redundant prepuce and phimosis. Methods The clinical data, the curative effect, the complications and the preven- tion measures were analyzed in 245 cases of redundant prepuce and phimosis undergoing sleeve circumcision with high frequency elect- rotome and continuous absorbable suture. Results After surgery, all patients showed little tissue trauma, little bleeding, neat cut- ting, little scar, slight postoperative wound edema, and satisfactory appearance of penis. Conclusion The sleeve circumcision with high frequency electrotome and continuous absorbable suture has more satisfactory curative effect, less tissue trauma and fewer compli- cations, and it is worthy of clinical application.
