强化党内监督问题探析

Issues of Strengthening Inner-party Supervision

失去监督的权力往往容易导致腐败,反腐倡廉、加强监督是我们党加强自身建设不可忽视的一项长期持久的重要任务。我们要通过明确党内监督的内容和重点,加强党性党风党纪教育,形成完备的党内监督体系,完善党内监督规范,健全党内民主生活制度,查处违法乱纪行为等多种举措,来加强党内监督工作。逐步改革纪检机关的领导体制,改革目前省属单位和高校纪检机关工作模式,广泛开辟对消极腐败行为举报的各种渠道,以提高监督实效。

Power without supervision often easily leads to corruption. Anti-corruption and strengthen su-pervision is a long-lasting important task of our party and should not be ignored. We should provide vari-ety of conditions to strengthen inner-party supervision by clearing the content and focus of inner-party su-pervision, strengthening the party style discipline education, forming a complete inner-party supervision sys-tem, improving inner-party supervision norms, perfecting system of the Party ’s democratic life and investi-gating infractions. To improve the effectiveness of supervision, we should gradually reform the leadership system of the discipline inspection organs, reform the current working mode of provincial institutions and universities, widely open reported channels to negative acts of corruption.
