政府行政管理中的回避制度是公务员制度的重要组成部分,它可以减少因人情关系等人为因素对工作的干扰,这对防止以权谋私、反腐倡廉和维护社会的公平正义具有重要的作用。但行政管理中的回避制度还不尽完善,还存在着一些问题,亟需加以解决,以利于更好地发挥其作用。
