Risk Analysis and Control of the Opening of University Sports Facilities

高校体育设施对外开放是大势所趋,但对高校而言,开放体育设施也必然使其面临各种风险,如校园安全管理,学生权利受损,运动设施保全及有偿服务经营。文章从政府及高校两个层面提出风险控制的对策建议,以规范高校体育设施对外开放行为。

It is an irresistible trend for colleges and universities to open their sports facilities. For colleges and universities, this move is bound to make them face various risks, such as campus security management, the violation of students＇ rights, the protection of sports facilities and paid service management. From two levels, namely the government and universities, the countermeasures for risk control are put forward in order to regularize behavior upon opening university sports facilities.
