我国天然气定价机制改革及其路径选择研究

Research on the Pricing Mechanism Reform and the Path Choice of Natural Gas in China

结合天然气的主要供给环节,分析了成本加成法和市场净回值法两种定价方法的异同,回顾了北美、西欧、俄罗斯等地区和国家的天然气定价机制及其改革的实践经验,同时对比分析了我国天然气定价机制改革的现状和存在的问题,并提出了相关改革建议。

Combined with main supply links of natural gas, the analysis focuses on the difference and sim- ilarity of two pricing methods - cost pricing method and market netback method. Then based on the retrospec- tive study about the pricing mechanism and the reform practical experience of natural gas in North America and Western Europe, the paper contrastively analyzes the status and the existing problem of gas pricing mechanism reform ,followed by presenting some relative suggestions.
