Discussion on the Construction of Pluralistic Service System of Agricultural Technology——Enlightenment from Shaanxi "Dali Mode"

我国正处于传统农业向现代农业过渡的关键时期,农民对农技服务的需求呈现多元化发展态势,传统的以政府为主导的农业技术供给体制难以满足农民的有效需求。以陕西"大荔模式"为样本,分析和探索新形势下构建多元农业技术服务体系的必要性和途径,探讨有效发挥农业技术对农业生产促进作用的思路。

China is now in a crucial period of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Farmers＂ demands on agricultural service show a diversified development trend. The traditional agricultural technology supply mechanism dominated by the government is difficult to meet the demands of farmers. With the sample of Shaanxi ＂Dali Mode＂ ,this paper analyzes and explores the necessity and the approach of con- strutting multiple agricultural technology service system under the new situation, as well as the thought about how to exert the promoting effect of agriculture technology on agricultural production.
