Optimization of Government Financial Expenditure on Technology Based on Innovation Development of Scientific and Technological Park

创新驱动战略对科技园区提出更高的要求,相应地对政府财政科技支出的完善也提出新的要求。为此运用熊彼特"创新理论"和比较分析方法,通过对我国科技园区创新成果与政府财政科技支出关系的分析,提出在创新驱动战略的要求下,政府财政科技支出的优化措施,从而进一步促进我国科技园区的创新发展。

Innovation - driven strategy puts forward higher requirements for the park, accordingly, makes a new request to improve the government＇s financial expenditure on technology. Therefore, Schumpeter ＂ innova- tion theory＂ and comparative analysis method are used in analyzing the relationship of our innovation achieve- ment in S＆T Park and government＇s financial expenditure on technology. Then some optimization measures of government financial expenditure on technology under the request of innovation - driven strategy are presented so as to improve innovation development of scienctific and technological park.
