政府规制下的中国石油企业成长路径探讨——以中石油集团为例

Discussion on the Growth Path of Chinese Oil Enterprises under the Regulation of Government——With the Case of CPNC

综合石油企业的特点,分析了石油企业在三种政府规制体系下的成长路径,即计划经济下政府全面规制单一型企业成长路径、改革开放以来政府半开放规制主导型企业成长路径以及企业重组后政府开放规制多元化企业成长路径。从而得出我国政府在对石油企业规制时存在的一些问题并提出对石油企业未来成长的建议。

Based on the summary of characteristics about petroleum enterprises, the paper analyzes three growth paths of oil enterprises under regulations of government：one growth path of single enterprises compre-hensively regulated by the government under the planning economy, one of enterprises half - regulated by the government since the open and reform, one of multiple enterprises regulated openly by the government after thereorganization of enterprises. Then it is concluded that there are some problems existing in the regulation of government for our oil enterprises, and thus some suggestions for the future development of oil enterprises arepresented in the end.
