QQ群平台在儿童支气管哮喘连续性护理干预中的应用研究

Application research on QQ forum in continuous nursing intervention for childhood bronchial asthma

目的探讨使用QQ群平台对儿童支气管哮喘实施连续性护理干预的影响。方法将本院儿科治愈出院的缓解期哮喘患儿60例,按随机数字表分为A组和B组各30例。A组患儿出院后予每周1次电话随访,持续6个月;B组患儿出院后,患儿家长加入"哮喘之家"QQ群,通过QQ群平台和论坛随时为家长施教,对家长提出的问题、疑问进行解答,持续6个月。出院第1月、3月、6月患儿复诊时完成相关检查和哮喘控制测试及其他问卷调查。结果两组患儿家长对科室服务满意度为100%。B组患儿家长对哮喘相关知识掌握程度较A组家长好,患儿用药依从性高;B组患儿哮喘控制程度较A组理想。结论 QQ群平台能更好地帮助患儿家长提高对哮喘治疗的知信行,提高患儿治疗依从性,从而防止疾病的复发。

Objective To study the effect of QQ forum on continuous nursing intervention for childhood bronchial asth- ma. Method Divide 60 discharged children with asthma in remission stage healed in this hospital into Group A and Group B equally by random number table. Children in Group A receive follow--up once a week for 6 months. Parents of children in Group B join in a QQ forum named ＂Asthma Home＂ and receive education from this forum for 6 months. Their questions can be solved at any time. Examinations, asthma control test and other questionnaires are completed at the first, third and sixth month after discharge. Result Satisfaction level on the department from parents is 100%. Parents from Group B have better mastering level on asthma knowledge than parents from Group A. Children have better compliance and asthma control condition in Group 13. Conclusion QQ forum can improve parents＇ cognition on asthma treatment and prevent disease from recurrence.
