摘要
本文针对乌鲁木齐石化公司炼油厂原有的DCS系统,使用Honeywell的PKS系统对其改造以提高其可靠性,从基础资料、系统选型、施工质量、组态调试、人员培训等方面来阐述系统改造后整个系统可靠性的提高。
The article is mainly aimed at the original DCS system of Urumqi petrochemical company, and reform it to improve its reliability by using the HONEYWELL PKS system. We illustrate the reliability of the whole system from the basic data, system selection, construction quality, the configuration debugging, staff training and so on after reforming it.
