摘要
以锅炉过热器蒸汽温度为受控对象,现代控制算法中的状态观测器和自适应回路等在西门子PROFI温度控制模块中使用,以充分利用数学模型为手段,成功解决了过热器温度这种惯性大、延迟大和参数慢时变的特点,提高了过热器温度在各种扰动下的品质。根据状态观测器和鲁棒观测器的设计理论,对沧东电厂中西门子PROFI温度控制模块所带状态观测器的实际应用进行研究,确定高阶惯性环节作为过热器的状态观测器的实用性。
The boiler super-heater steam temperature as the controlled object, temperature control module in Siemens PROFI have applied control arithmetic more advanced such as state observer and adaptive control , which makes full use of the mathematical model to solve the control problem of the great inertia, the larger time lag and parameters slow time variable, improved the super-heater steam temperature quality effectively. According to state observer theory and robust controller theory, the practical application of the temperature control module is studied and the practicability of the higher-order inertia trait state observer to super heater of the boiler is determined.
