摘要
在核电站运行中,大量的1E级交流和直流断路器会被安装在可能发生故障的电气线路上。随着服役时间的增加,这些断路器会逐渐出现老化失效情况,进而对核电站的运行造成威胁甚至出现停堆事故。通过分析断路器的老化因素以及老化因素对断路器造成的影响,针对核电站中常用的塑壳型断路器提出了预防性维护措施。
In the operation of nuclear power plant, A large number of Class 1E AC and DC circuit breakers will be installed on the possible failure of the electrical wiring. With the increase of service time, These circuit breakers will gradually produce aging failure cases, posing a threat to the nuclear power plant operation, even causing shutdown accident. By Analyzing aging factors of the circuit breakers and the impacts of aging factors of the circuit breakers, it proposes preventive maintenance measures for molded case circuit breakers commonly used in nuclear power plants.
