IMP3与IGF-Ⅱ在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展

Research Progress on the Role of IMP3 and IGF-Ⅱ in Gynecologic Tumor

胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ mRNA结合蛋白族3(IMP3)与胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)前导序列-3 mRNA的5'-非翻译区(5'-UTR)结合,调节IGF-Ⅱ的表达引发磷脂酰肌醇3-羟基激酶/蛋白质丝氨酸苏氨酸激酶或丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶/促分裂素原活化蛋白激酶信号系统的瀑布式级联反应,促进肿瘤细胞的增殖,抑制细胞程序性死亡。两者与肿瘤的发生及转移有关,可能还与血管内皮细胞生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶、CD44、CD24等有关。该文就IMP3与IGF-Ⅱ的主要结构特征与功能、两者与肿瘤的关系、在妇科肿瘤中的表达等问题予以综述。

IMP3 binding with untranslated region of IGF-Ⅱ leader-3 mRNA 5（5＇-UTR） will regulate the expression of IGF-Ⅱ,trigger the waterfall cascade reactions of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/serine threonine kinase（PI3K/AKT） or serine/ threonine kinase/mitogen-activated protein kinases（RAF/MAPK） signal system,accelerate the proliferation of tumor cells,and inhibit programmed cell death.In addition,IMP3 and IGF-Ⅱ are also related with tumorigenesis and metastasis,and may be related with vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF）,matrix metalloproteinase （MMPs）,CD44 and CD24.Here is to make a review of the structure and function of IMP3 and IGF-Ⅱ,as well as their relationship with tumor,and their expression in gynecological tumor.
