植骨融合术在治疗退变性腰椎管狭窄症中的应用进展

Progress on the Application of Lumbar Fusion in the Treatment for Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

腰椎失稳性疾病一直困扰着医学工作者,其病因不明、种类繁多、治疗困难是医学工作者所面临的严峻问题,其中退变性腰椎管狭窄症(DLSS)严重危害着中老年人群的健康,是慢性腰腿痛的病征之一,临床工作者对于如何治疗此疾病进行了大量研究,治疗大致分为保守和手术两种方法,保守治疗包括药物治疗、针灸治疗、手法治疗、封闭治疗等,手术治疗DLSS大致包括三步:充分的椎管内减压、钉棒系统的固定和植骨融合术,其中植骨融合术是治疗DLSS最基本、最重要的原则。目前临床上植骨融合术方法众多,优缺点各有不同。

Lumbar instability disorders has always been a big problem to the physicians,the unknown etiology,various types,treatment difficulty are the hardest parts that all of the physicians are facing.Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis（DLSS） is a disease that seriously endangeri the health of middle-aged and old people,and it is one of the symptoms of chronic lumbocrural pain.Treatment for DLSS has been studied intensively,and can be divided into conservative treatment and surgery：conservative treatment includes drug therapy,acupuncture therapy,massage therapy,closed treatment,etc.;surgical treatment generally includes three steps that are fully spinal canal decompression,fixation of screw rod system and bone graft fusion.Bone graft fusion in the treatment for DLSS is the most basic and important principle,here is to make a review of different methods of clinical bone graft fusion at present,and their advantages and disadvantages.
