克氏综合征患者的助孕治疗研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 克氏综合征(KS)是男性无精症的常见病因,辅助生殖技术使KS患者获得遗传学后代成为可能.KS患者除身材高大、体脂体毛女性化分布、睾酮降低和不孕外,还存在轻-中度的运动、认知和行为障碍.纵膈肿瘤、乳腺癌、心血管疾病和内分泌、代谢性疾病、自身免疫性疾病发生率增加.年龄是影响获精率的重要因素,使用睾丸切开取精术或显微切割睾丸切开取精术取精,50%-70%的KS患者能获得精子,且使用卵胞质内单精子注射技术出生的子代性染色体异常发生比例极低. Klinefelter syndrome(KS) is a common cause of male azoospermia.KS patients are not only featured with tall figure,feminine distribution of body fat and hair,reduced testosterone and infertility,but also with the presence of mild to moderate exercise,cognitive and behavioral disorders.Risks for mediastinal tumors,breast cancer,cardiovascular and endocrine diseases,metabolic diseases,autoimmune diseases were increased.Age is an important factor affecting the obtaining rate of sperms.By use of testicular sperm extraction or microdissection testicular sperm extraction,50% to 70% of KS patients can obtain sperms,and the offspring use the intracytoplasmic sperm injection technique has a very low proportion of sex chromosome abnormalities.
