摘要
轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于人脑正常老化以及阿尔茨海默病之间的过渡阶段。MCI患者主要具有情景记忆损害,主要表现为颅脑海马区域结构及功能发生变化,因此如何通过先进的检查方法对此区域进行检查,是实现MCI早期诊断的关键。近年来磁共振设备在神经系统具有广泛的应用,磁共振弥散加权成像、弥散张量成像、磁共振波谱分析、功能磁共振等新技术逐渐应用于临床,该文就以上新技术在MCI诊断中的应用予以综述。
Mild cognitive impairment(MCI) is a transitional phase between normal brain aging and Alzheimer disease(AD).MCI patients mainly have episodic memory damage,whose manifestation is the changes of structure and function of hippocampus region.So how to use advanced inspection method to check the hippocampus region is the key for early MCI diagnosis.In recent years,magnetic resonance equipments have been widely used in the inspection of nervous system,DWI(diffusion weighted imaging),DTI(diffusion tensor imaging),MRS(magnetic resonance spectroscopy),fMRI (functional magnetic resonance imaging) and other new technologies have been applied in clinical practice,here is to make a review of the application of above technologies in the diagnosis of MCI.
