恩替卡韦联合干扰素治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Entecavir Combined with Interferon in the Treatment for HBeAg Positive Chronic Hepatitis B

目的探讨恩替卡韦联合干扰素治疗乙型肝炎e抗原(HbeAg)阳性的慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选取2008年6月至2011年6月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院治疗的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者90例,分为观察组和对照组,各45例,对照组在保肝治疗基础上给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用肌内注射干扰素α-1b,观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率显著大于对照组总有效率(91.22% vs 66.67%)(Z=3.087,P=0.002)。观察组治疗后HBV DNA、HBeAg和血清ALT下降程度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恩替卡韦联合干扰素治疗HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎疗效显著,安全性好,可以推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of entecavir combined with interferon in the treatment for HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 90 cases of patients with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B admitted in Beijing βou＇an Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University from Jun.2008 to Jun.2011 were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with entecavir basing on liver therapy,while patients in the observation group were treated with extra interferon alpha-1 b INF basing on the therapy of the observation group.The curative effect of two groups was observed.Results Total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（91.22％ vs 66.67％）（z =3.087,P =0.002）,and levels of DNA,HBV,HbeAg and serum ALT decreased more significantly in observation group after treatment than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Effeot of entecavir combined with interferon on the treatment for HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B is significant,with good safety,which can be promoted in clinical application.
