摘要
聋人大学生就业问题备受国家和社会各界关注。提高聋人大学生综合素养、提升就业竞争力迫在眉睫。文章从教育公平视角概括聋人大学生就业现状,探索聋人大学生就业被动性原因,从政府、社会、企业等方面分析聋人大学生就业竞争力的影响因素,从而有针对性地提出提升聋人大学生就业竞争力的几点对策和建议。
The problems in deaf college students＇ employment have been paid great attention to by our country and society. It is extremely urgent that deaf college students improve their comprehensive quality and employability. The paper summarizes current employment status and explores the cause of passivism for deaf college students＇ employment. It analyzes factors influencing employability of deaf college students from government, society and enterprise, in order to put forward pertinent suggestions on promoting employability of deaf college students.
