门诊早期2型糖尿病患者基于奥马哈问题分类系统的护理问题分析

Omaha System-based Nursing Problem Analysis of Outpatients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Early Stage

目的探讨奥马哈问题分类系统在门诊早期2型糖尿病患者护理问题分析中的应用。方法以奥马哈问题分类系统为依据,对108例早期2型糖尿病患者的主要护理问题进行分析、归类,找出患者存在的主要护理问题,为临床护理提供依据。结果 2型糖尿病患者访视期间护理问题发生率超过50%的为营养问题、血糖监测问题、身体活动问题、健康照顾督导问题、药物治疗方案问题、循环问题、物质滥用问题、收入问题。结论奥马哈问题分类系统在糖尿病专科护士门诊中的应用,能够帮助护理人员有效分析患者存在的护理问题,促进临床护理的评估和整体护理的实施,对初诊及早期糖尿病患者的护理工作具有临床指导意义。

Objective To analyze nursing problems based on Omaha problem classification system for outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in early stage and to provide reference for clinical nursing. Methods Nursing problems of 108 outpatient with type 2 diabetes mellitus in early stage were analyzed and summarized based on Omaha problem classification system. Results More than half of the nursing problems of outpatient were nutrition, blood sugar monitoring, physical activity, the supervision of health care, medication regimen, circulation, substance abuse and income. Conclusion Omaha problem classification system is effective for promoting nursing assessment and the implementation of integrated care, which is of clinical significance in nursing of patients with chronic diseases.
