Qualitative Research on Influence Factors Osteoporosis Perception of Middle-aged and Elderly Patients with Cardiovascular Disease

目的探究影响中老年心血管病患者骨质疏松症认知的原因,为未来预防干预和研究提供参考。方法运用质性研究方法,对16例心血管病患者进行深度访谈,现场录音和笔录,然后得出结论。结果影响中老年心血管病患者骨质疏松症认知的原因主要有:主动获取骨质疏松症知识的意愿低;全社会对骨质疏松症的宣传力度不够;受访者个人因素,包括年龄增加、文化程度低、工作和家务繁忙等;医务人员宣教不足;社会支持,包括缺乏来自子女的健康关怀、骨质疏松症筛查率低等。结论在临床实践中,医护人员有必要深入了解中老年心血管病患者骨质疏松症认知的影响因素,从而实行有效的骨质疏松症宣教措施,提高他们的骨质疏松症认知水平,以促使其采取有利于骨健康的生活方式,达到预防和延缓骨质疏松症的目的。

Objective To explore the factors influencing osteoporosis perception of middle-aged and elderly patients with cardiovascular disease and provide reference for future interventions and researches. Methods An in-depth interview with the methods of qualitative research were conducted among 16 middle-aged and elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, the results of which was recorded, assorted and analyzed. Results Factors influencing the osteoporosis perception of middle-aged and elderly patients with cardiovascular disease included weak willingness to acquire osteoporosis knowledge, insufficient publicity intensity of osteoporosis. Personal-related factors involved advanced age, low literacy level, heavy burden of work and chores, inadequate education intervention from health care providers. As to society support, influence factors involved less health advice from their children and inadequate screening of osteoporosis. Conclusion In practice, medical staff need to pay more attention to the influence factors of osteoporosis perception of middle-aged and elderly patients and effective education interventions should be implemented to improve their knowledge and encourage them to adopt healthy lifestyle and prevent the osteoporosis.
