摘要
玛河气田油气处理装置以控制外输天然气烃、水露点为目标,采用注乙二醇防冻、J-T阀节流制冷、低温分离脱水脱烃工艺对凝析气进行处理,凝析油处理采用二级降压闪蒸+提馏工艺。油气处理装置存在乙二醇再生系统设计不合理、乙二醇再生损失严重、凝析油余热未能有效利用、增压富气直接外输影响外输干气烃、水露点等问题。通过改进乙二醇再生塔结构、设置乙二醇富液过滤装置和乙二醇贫液冷却装置、改进稳定凝析油换热流程及增压后富气流程等措施,每年油气处理装置可节约燃料气32.18×104m3,减少乙二醇损失15.55 t,增产凝析油231.0 t。玛河气田天然气处理站的工艺改进是有必要的。
The goal of Mahe oil and gas treatment facility is to control hydrocarbon dew point and water dew point of export gas. Condensate gas from Mahe Gas Flied is treated by adopting such technologies as MEG injection for antifreezing, J-T valve throttling for refrigeration and low temperature separation for dehydration and hydrocarbon dew point control, and condensate gas from the field is treated by adopting 2-stage depressurization flash + stripping process. Such problems exist in oil and gas treatment facility as unreasonable EMG regeneration system design, much MEG regeneration loss, unreasonable condensate oil residual heat utilization and hydrocarbon and water dew points of export dry gas affected by direct export of pressurized rich gas. After adopting some technical improvement measures, the oil and gas treatment facility can save fuel gas of 32.18×104 m3, MEG loss can be reduced by 15.55 t and condensate oil output is increased by 231.0t annually. Therefore, technology improvement of Mahe Field oil and gas treatment facility is necessary.
