摘要
参考国内消防相关标准以及NFPA系列标准,结合工作实践,对稳高压消防给水系统的压力设置和启停联锁进行了讨论。通过分析认为,驱动装置的最大输出功率是在设置消防稳压泵、消防电泵和消防柴油泵启停压力值时必须考虑的重要因素之一。建议在采用NFPA系列标准进行稳高压消防给水系统设计时,依据国内标准增加一个气压缓冲罐,以确保泵组启动所需输入功率不超过驱动装置最大输出功率,并减少稳压泵的启停频率。通过实际设计方案,进一步分析了进行稳高压消防给水系统压力设置时需要特别注意的地方。
In reference with relative national fire fighting standards and NFPA standard series, combined with the working practice, discussed are the pressure setting and start-stop interlock of steady high pressure fire water supply system. It is considered through the analysis that the maximum output power of driving device is one of the important factors which must be considered in the start-stop pressure setting of pressure maintaining fire pump, fire electric pump and fire pump driven by diesel. Proposed is such suggestion that a buffer tank is added according to relative national standards when NFPA standard series are followed to design a steady high pressure fire water supply system so as to ensure that input power required in pump group start does not exceed the maximum output power of driving device and startstop frequency of the stabilized pressure pump is reduced. Through actual design, analyzed further are considerations in steady high pressure fire water supply system design.
