摘要
随着深井、超深井、水平井、高温高压井等复杂井越来越多,固井施工的难度越来越大,常规尾管固井工具及工艺难以满足现场需求。为解决复杂井况下的固井技术难题,研制了新型多功能尾管悬挂器,设计了旋转机构、坐挂机构、液压丢手、顶部封隔等多个功能模块,并采用有限元方法对关键部件进行仿真分析,优化了各功能模块的结构和参数。计算和地面试验证明,各功能模块的性能、功能及技术参数符合设计要求。多功能尾管悬挂器在涠洲WZ6-12-A3S井进行了现场试验,结果表明,该尾管悬挂器对现场复杂井况具有较强的适应能力和可靠性。
With the development of drilling deep ,ultra-deep ,horizontal ,and HPHT wells ,more chal-lenges in cementing have occurred ,conventional liner cementing tools and technique have difficulty meeting the new requirements .To solve complex problems in cementing ,a new type of multi-functional liner hanger was manufactured ,which included rotary mechanism ,setting device ,hydraulic release and top packer etc , and the finite element method was used to simulate some key components to optimize structure and param-eters .Calculation and tests show that all parts can meet the needs of designing performance ,function and parameters .The paper showed that multi-functional liner hanger used in the Well WZ6 12 A3S ,has pow-erful adaptability in complex dow n-hole conditions .
