盆消灌肠酊结合微波理疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Edicine Compoundspirit Retention Enema Combined with Microwave Physical Therapy Treating on the Chronic Pelvic Inflammation of Dampness-heat Stagnancy Type

目的:观察盆消灌肠酊与微波理疗治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将112例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成治疗组57例与对照组各55例,两组均采用常规中西医结合疗法,治疗组另给予贫消灌肠酊微波理疗,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈36例,有效18例,无效3例;对照组治愈20例,有效28例,无效7例。两组疗效比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药酊剂保留灌肠与微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎具有肯定的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese Medicine compoundspirit retention enema combined with microwave physical therapy on the chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat stagnancy type. Methods： The 120 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat stagnancy type were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 60 cases in each. Patients were implemented conventional treatment in two groups. Patients in treatment group were treated by traditional Chinese Medicine compoundspirit retention enema combined with microwave physical therapy. The curative effects of two groups were evaluated. Results： In the treatment group,37 cases were cured, 20 cases valid and 3 cases invalid. In the control group,23 cases were cured,30 cases valid and 7 cases invalid. The treatment group showed better clinical efficacy than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese Medicine compoundspirit retention enema combined with microwave physical therapy is effective on the chronic pelvic inflammation of dampness-heat stagnancy type.
