海金护卫散超微粉和普通粉的抗炎镇痛作用研究

Comparative Study on Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effects of Haijinhuweisan in Ultrafine Powder and Common Powder

目的:比较海金护卫散超微粉和普通粉的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法和醋酸扭体法观察两种药粉的镇痛作用,采用二甲苯诱导小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察两种药粉的抗炎作用。结果:两种药粉均能明显抑制热板和醋酸所致的小鼠疼痛,减少小鼠疼痛反应和扭体次数,能明显减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度且两种药物作用相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:海金护卫散超微粉和普通粉均具有良好抗炎镇痛作用,

Objective： To compare the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Haijinhuweisan＇s uhrafine powder with common powder. Methods： Analgesia action was investigated with hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mouse, anti-in- flammatory action was observed on the model of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice. Results： The two powders could in- crease the analgesia effect with hot plate method and stretching method, delay the latency response. They could reduce the de- gree of tumefaction in auricle. The two powders could reach the similar effect compared ultrafine powder with common powder, with no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： It is suggested that two powders have evident effects of analgesia and Anti- inflammation.
