正交法优化紫珠中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件

Orthogonal Method Optimize Optimum Extraction Conditions of Total Flavonoids from Callicarpa

目的:运用超声提取法提高紫珠属植物粗提物中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用正交实验法,以总黄酮含量为指标优化提取工艺。结果:超声提取法总黄酮的吸光度大于回流提取法,各因素影响由大到小为乙醇浓度>超声次数>超声时间,提取最佳工艺为:加95%的乙醇,提取3次,每次1h。结论:该实验为确定紫珠总黄酮的提取方法,制备高含量紫珠制剂提供了一定的试验依据。

Objective： To increase total flavonoid contents of Callicarpa L.stem,s crude extract, with ultrasomc extraction method. Methods： By orthogonal test,as the total flavonoids, contents an index to optimize extraction crafts. Results： Total flavonoids absorbance of ultrasonic extraction greater than reflux extraction,each factors, influence is：ethanol concentration〉ultra- sonic frequency〉ultrasonic time,the optimum extraction conditions is：95% ethanol,extracted three times,every time lh. Conclu- sion： The experimental provides some experimental basis for determine the extraction method of total flavonoids Callicarpa,and prepare high contents of Callicarpa preparations.
